Woo hoo!! I feel like a million bucks this week. Worlds different than last week. True to Coach Jeffs words - I adapted quickly to the mileage increase.
Monday - 8 easy
Tuesday - (AM) 8 easy & strides (PM) 4 easy
Wednesday - 10 easy
Thursday - 3 w/u, 10X1000 average 6:58-7:08 pace, 2 c/d
Friday - 7 Recovery & Strides
Saturday - 14 easy
Sunday - 8 easy
Miles = 70 miles
great mileage and GREAT workout!!!
